Return/Exchange Policies
We will accept return/exchange within 30 days of receipt of the product. You must notify us at support@itallershoes.com in advance of your return and receive a return authorization number. We must receive the product back within 15 business days of notification of intent to return. Return/exchange products must arrive at the store undamaged in salable condition. This means no tags removed or damage to special packaging such as collectible boxes. Refunds will be credited back to the card used to purchase the item.
For return requests, we do not refund shipping. Customer is responsible for all return shipping regardless of reason for return. Returns sent without an authorization are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
For exchange requests, we provide one time free exchange for each order. That means we will pay the exchange shipment(both ways) for the first exchange request of each order. This free two-way exchange does NOT apply to accessories. International customers are responsible for exchange shipments.
Note:
1. We do NOT accept returns on clearance products. You can request a free exchange for clearance products.
2. Products under special promotion may not be returnable nor eligible for free exchange. Please refer to specific promotion page for details.

Please give us the reason that you want to return/exchange.
2. We will email back an email including authorization code.
3. Print out the email and put it in the shoes package.
4. Send the package to us.
